Steve is the Managing Partner at Litchfield Malone McDonald, a California law firm dedicated to representing Design Professionals. He represents more than thirty companies on the 2025 Engineering News-Record Top 500 Design Firms, including three firms in the Top 10 and thirteen in the Top 100.
Zach is an expert in risk management and insurance for A&E firms and serves as CEO of Black Swan Insurance Services. He works with design professionals to simplify professional liability and help proactively manage unpredictable risks. He also regularly presents on risk management topics for universities and professional organizations across the country.
